Fresh off of his “Sixth man of the Year” award, JR showed out in game 2 of the Knicks playoff series vs. the Boston Celtics. JR got hot last night and was hitting shots from everywhere! Including this off-balance, fadeaway three-pointer, with two men in his face, right at the buzzer in the first quarter.
Most impressive thing about this shot? His celebration afterwards:
Wind it up Earl and give it up to the three-point base God! His teammate, Carmelo Anthony was pretty awesome last night as well. Melo had 34 points and JR ended the night with 19 as the Knicks beat the Celtics 87 -71 and take a 2-0 lead in the series. Game 3 takes place on Friday night in Boston.
