Knicks Jeremy Lin & Landry Fields “nerdy” pre-game ritual [video]

We already know Jeremy Lin fever is sweeping the NBA. The Harvard grad isn’t the only studious guy on the Knicks, Landry Fields graduated from Stanford. The two have put together their own “Smart Jock” pre-game ritual that they tried out against the Wizards.

In case you were unable to follow along, the two flipped through a few pages of a book, removed their glasses- cause all smart people wear glasses- and then stuck then in their pocket protectors.

Do people still use those?

eh, nice try, it’s different. The bonus, they play for the Knicks but both are from California! Add them to the tally of California players in the NBA. We’re deep on the Golden Coast. Don’t sleep on us!
