The top two teams in the NBA faced off against each other in LA on Tuesday night. The Oklahoma City Thunder took on the Clippers in a battle to maintain their half a game lead over the Clippers for the top spot in the L. The outcome, a Thunder win. The cherry on the sundae, a fourth quarter dunk by KD where he crossed over Matt Barnes to put the Thunder up 101-85.
Durant finished the night with 32 points, 7 assists and 7 rebounds. Check the dunk.
The Clippers were without point guard Chris Paul who was on the bench with a bruised kneecap. I like watching these two teams play and was a little sad that they didn’t end up matching up against each other last season in the playoffs. I look forward to that happening this year. Hopefully in the Western Conference finals.
