Charlotte Hornets center Al Jefferson found a way to shed 20 pounds this summer through a small lifestyle change to his diet. He gave up fried chicken.
Jefferson shared his weight loss tips and struggle with putting the chicken down with the Charlotte Observer.
“Every Popeye’s commercial I see, I have to turn the TV off,” Jefferson said
Jefferson also gave up sugar and starch. He said losing weight became easier once he became disciplined about eating.
