Dwight Howard Sues Royce… AGAIN! But Royce Has A New Boo

At this point, instead of Superman, I’m going to refer to Dwight Howard as Captain LAME ASS! This is the 3rd time (that I can recall without checking) that Dwight has sued Royce Reed for allegedly breaching her “gag” order online. Each and every time the case seems to go away only to resurface yet again a few months later.

Per TMZ, these are the details of this suit (which is a follow up of the previous ones BLAH):

TMZ has obtained legal docs filed by the Orlando Magic star in Orange County, Florida, in which he claims his baby mama Royce Reed — who stars on VH1’s “Basketball Wives” — leaked dirt about him to the media at least 11 times … thus violating a 2009 gag order.

In the docs, Howard explains that if the leaked stories reached 1,000,000 people — a safe estimate given that the stories were posted all over the Internet — the damages should add up to $500,500,000 based on the terms of their previous agreement.

Dwight, last December you were suing her for $9.2 million.  In June of this year it was $500,000 after her appearance on the Wendy Williams. With all due respect to Royce because you are her son’s father and none of your antics will change that, YOU’RE ACTING LIKE A LIL B***H right now. Please stop this nonsense. Have you looked around, Lebron, Shaq, Tiger… those are issues. I don’t think anyone in the blogsphere is still as concerned about your former relationship with Royce as you believe. Each time you file these nuisance suits, YOU are truly bringing more attention to the situation. Seems like Royce has moved on and is happy with her new Boo. You should do the same and simply find a way to co- parent your son.  It’s extremely unbecoming.

Anyway, Royce’s new Boo is photographer Dwayne Moore. He is standing firmly by her side. I’m happy for her!
