Dwight Howard denies blackmail comment, only 1 team he wants to be traded to

I hope Dwight Howard has acquired a new publicist/media image consultant. His entire impending free agency is a mess and I suspect it’s going to take a lot to get it back to a decent place. Firing back at reports that state Howard feels the Magic blackmailed him, Dwight is blaming the media and it’s “sources” – which seems interesting, the last time he blamed “media” he had his arm wrapped around the “media’s source” – for this latest mess.

“I never used the word blackmail in reference to any of my dealings with the Magic,” Howard said. “I never said that. It’s defamatory and it’s inaccurate. I know what blackmail means and any report that I used the term incorrectly is inaccurate.”

Right, just like last time. Howard als made it clear that he won’t sign an extension with any team he’s traded to that isn’t on his list. We all know that “list” only really contains one team, the Nets. AGAIN, this is why the Magic should’ve just been got on with it. I can’t imagine another year of this foolishness. Honestly, the remainder of the offseason is too much.
