Clippers head coach Doc Rivers returned to Boston for the first time since leaving the Celtics franchise to head out west. The Clippers faced off against the Celtics at the Garden, and received a standing ovation.
The ovation wasn’t the only respectful gesture, between the first and second quarters, a video tribute to Doc played to Dierks Bently’s “Home.” was shown on the jumbotron.
