Trouble for the Mavericks. Dirk Nowitzki will be out for at least 6 weeks after the All-Star forward had a scope on his knee. There are already whispers that he’ll actually be out longer than that. During the first 20 games, the revamped Mavericks roster faces off against the Lakers twice (including opening night at Staples Center,) The Knicks twice and the Pacers to name a few.
