The Cleveland Cavaliers are your Eastern Conference Champions. Tuesday night it was all about Champagne, cold tubs and selfies, as LeBron James and his teammates celebrated sweeping the Atlanta Hawks at home.

LeBron James makes history, joining the elite list of players to appear in five straight NBA finals – let’s not forget he did it on two different teams – and he also appeared on five All-Star teams in those consecutive years as well . That’s a bar!

Can’t forget James Jones is also going to his fifth NBA finals too.
