Carmelo Anthony’s new VH1 show

Well not just Carmelo, he &  his fiance, Alani “Lala” Vazquez are set to chronicle the preparations and ceremony  of their July 10th wedding in a five-episode series plus a 90 minute wedding finale premiering Monday, September 13 on VH1

The series begins with the betrothed couple, Lala and Carmelo, meeting with A-list wedding planner to the stars, Mindy Weiss and follows them through all the planning festivities. Viewers will ride along as Lala shops for the perfect designer wedding dress, chooses the wedding venue, picks out the ultimate wedding cake and menu, plans their honeymoon, and contemplates the guest list, all while maintaining her and Carmelo’s hectic schedules.

Viewers will also get a glimpse at Lala’s celeb-hosted bachelorette party in Las Vegas, (See I KNEW there was something to that bachelorette party) as well as a behind-the-scenes look at the couple as they gather with their family and friends to prepare for the big day.

Wonder if this replaces the show they were supposed to produce for VH1 about an NBA player looking for love… Guess that would be OchoCinco’s show (yeah but with a football player, I know DUH! ::giggles::)
