In addition to doing very little on the court with the Bulls in the playoffs this year, Carlos Boozer also has a wrap with Twista. It’s an anthem for the Bulls.
Check Boozer’s verse:
Dream it, believe it, do it, let’s go
Already know I cross ’em over, take it to the hole
Look back, thank God, look forward, trust God
That’s why when I’m in the paint you know I go hard
Might go baseline one time and abuse ya
Run back down the court like “You know it was Boozer!”
I used to be another li’l fella with some hoop dreams
Now I got the game laced up, shoestrings
Here’s hoping that the rest of their playoff run is better than this track and Boozer’s rapping. I think someone on the Bulls needs to reach out to Kanye or Common if they insist on having a rap as a theme because between THIS and Yung Berg’s Derrick Rose theme song, the Bulls are certified aluminum.
And as a side note, don’t leak a track titled “Winner’s Streak” the day after a loss to the Heat. It just doesn’t really flow.
