The curious season of Andrew Bynum continues. With Kobe Bryant sitting out his third game in a row due to a shin injury, Andrew dominated this game on the boards. Bynum had 19 rebounds in the first half. More than the entire Spurs team. He ended the night with 16 points and 30 rebounds. He’s the first Laker to pull down 30 boards since Kareem did it in 1978. The others that accomplished that feat, Wilt Chamberlain, George Mikan and Elgin Baylor. Lakers over Spurs 98-84.
Clearly he was excited, Bynum must have forgotten the post game interview was live when he said he shot the ball like “sh*t”
