Allen Iverson was once my favorite NBA player. In early 2009 I discussed the need for him to develop an “exit strategy” as the writing was on the wall. He didn’t and now we’re here. Watching Iverson, arguably one of the best little men to have played the game, take his talents to Turkey to play in a 2nd tier league is sad.
