A Look Inside The Nets Future Home In Brooklyn, The Barclays Center [Photos]

By September 2012, the New Jersey Nets will be ready to step inside their new home at The Barclays Center in Brooklyn. The Nets released renderings of the interior from their new $1 Billion dollar arena in Prospect Heights.

VIP entrance, practice court viewing windows and a “beer of the worlds” bar are just a few amenities that Nets fans will be treated to.

Other highlights include the Legends Lounge, a two-sided bar on the main concourse with a platform offering views into the bowl area.

Nearby is the Beers of the World bar, tastefully framed with reclaimed wood and accented with a handcrafted feature wall made of beer bottle caps.

For high rollers, there’s the Courtside Club, which offers premium-seat holders views of players and entertainers walking to and from the court area.

The 18,000 seat venue is designed specifically for basketball and will have seat prices starting at $15. If you’re disposable income extends a little further, there will also be 100 luxury suites that will go for about $550,000 a year.

I Love new arenas, if the Nets step it up on the court do you think they could give the Knicks and The Garden a run for the “Team of New York” title?
