Sports Illustrated has released the 50 Highest earning Athletes of 2010. I have to say that some of the names on the list REALLY surprised me.
Per the list Golf pays out the highest rewards with Tiger Woods & Phil Mickleson coming in at #1 & #2. Floyd “Money” Mayweather is #3 (perhaps that’s why he let the deadline pass for signing the contract to fight Pacquio  just a thought)
Next up are King James & Alex Rodriguez at #4 & #5. Interesting that these 2 are in close proximity when you think of the comparisons between Lebron’s exit from Cleveland to the Heat and ARod’s move to play with Jeter and the Yankees.
Rounding out the top 10 are Shaq, Kobe, Derek Jeter, Peyton Manning & Dwyane Wade. The other Big 3 (Paul Pierce, Ray Allen & Kevin Garnett) are also featured in the Top 50 as well as 3 members of The Orlando Magic (Vince Carter, Dwight Howard & Rashard Lewis, perhaps will call them Florida’s OTHER 3)
Fun little sports trivia that serves no purpose but to say, “Must be nice”
