Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao Both Using “Rocky” As Training Inspiration [Video]

Now that the hoopla of the press conference is out of the way. Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Manny Pacquiao can completely focus on their training.  We’re six weeks out from the May 2nd match up between the two, which is shaping up to the fight of the new millennium.

Both seem to be taking inspiration from the Sylvester Stallone boxing classic film, “Rocky.” Floyd posted a video of his workout which consisted of him chopping wood like Rocky. And Manny used the “Eye of the Tiger” song as the soundtrack to one of his workouts.

Check out footage from both boxers workouts.

“Day 12 of my gym work out, getting there of the target 50 to 60% condition for the month of March. Thank you Lord for everything.”
