Adrien Broner had to redeem himself from his last fight which resulted in a loss to Marcos Maidana last December. Saturday night he was featured on the undercard match between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Maidana.
After beating Carlos Molina by unanimous decision, Broner was interviewed by Showtime’s Jim Gray in the ring. For whatever reason, he thought it was a great idea to say, “I’ve beaten Africans and I just beat the f*ck out of a Mexican,” attempting to reference Molina, who is Argentinean and of Mexican descent.
Broner hit the ring with rapper Rick Ross and his face on his socks. Brash is an understatement.
