NFL draft prospect AJ McCarron wanted to make sure his team was intact before he transitioned into the NFL. McCarron proposed to his girlfriend, Katherine Webb on Friday night.

The two became the center of attention during the 2013 BCS Championship game between Alabama and Notre Dame. Katherine became the object of several men’s desire when Brent Musburger famously mentioned Webb as cameras panned towards her and McCarron’s mom, Dee Dee Bonner during the game. McCarron even had professional players trying to push up on his boo. Katherine tweeted that AJ designed the ring himself. Nice ring.
