JR Smith is an amazing talent. If only he delivered consistently. But that’s of no matter, when he does things like this dunk from Thursday’s Heat vs. Knicks, it makes you forget the bad.

Chris Bosh returns to Miami for the birth of his son, Jackson

Miami Heat star Chris Bosh left New York late last night via private plane to witness the birth of his son in Miami. Bosh’s wife Adrienne posted a photo to Instagram with the comment, “Thank God for private planes.”

What followed the Knicks loss to the Miami Heat Monday night pretty much summarizes how this playoff series seems to be going. Amar’e Stoudemire was so frustrated following the loss, he punched a fire extinguisher outside of the Knicks locker room.

The first round of the NBA playoffs kicked off on Sunday. Of course the Heat vs. Knicks brought back feelings of those great match ups from the 90′s. The reality of game 1 was slightly different but, there’s always the fashion side.
The Heat’s playoff theme is “white hot” check out how the Heat wifeys (Adrienne Bosh, Savannah Brinson, Jenine Howard, Faith Rein and Gabrielle Union) supported their team plus, Carmelo Anthony, Amar’e Stoudemire and Tyson Chandler’s game day ensembles and more!

The Heat vs. Knicks is turing into a blowout. Late in the 3rd quarter as the Heat was up by 30, rookie hotshot Iman Shumpert injured his left knee and had to be assisted off the court.

Hollywood really is coming to South Beach… actually downtown Miami but that’s a minor detail. SBE (responsible for some of the hottest clubs, restaurants and hotels in LA- Katsuya, SLS hotel and Greystone to list a few) is collaborating with the Miami Heat to bring Hyde nightclub to the American Airlines Arena.

Nets minority owner Jay Z was courtside with wife Beyonce on Monday night as his Nets faced off against the Miami Heat. The couple also attended the Knicks and Heat showdown on Sunday at Madison Square Garden. Both Jay and Beyonce were rocking killer footwear at both games. Beyonce opted for Louboutin (although I’m burnt on them, these two shoes are NICE)

While the Miami Heat took care of business against the Knicks and the Nets the last few days, their significant others were in town taking care of business of their own. Savannah Brinson and Jenine Howard (wife of Juwan Howard) attended a few bridal shows and of course, shopping with stylist Rachel Johnson.
