Tonight, one of my favorite shows comes to an end. The final episode of Entourage airs after 8 seasons. The show featured many cameos from some of our favorite jocks over that time so it’s only right to take a look back at some of the best:

Things like this are why Mark Cuban is one of my favorite owners. Cuban showed up at a Friday night game at Dyckman Park. Invited by his Shark Tank cast mate, Daymond John, the crowd showed crazy love for the owner of the World Champion Dallas Mavericks.

A few months ago some Dodgers fans started a website encouraging Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban to purchase the L.A. Dodgers. The franchise is currently embroiled in a financial and the centerpiece of the divorce case between current owners Frank and Jamie McCourt.

On one hand, this picture of Mark Cuban is an INTENSE violation of privacy. A Miami fan took this photo of Cuban and the Larry O’Brien Trophy (all 16.6 pounds of it) while he was occupied in a restroom.
But, if this had been something Cuban had set up as a “screw you” to his haters… well, that would be HILARIOUS!
By the way, the tab for the Mavs celebration at Liv; $110,000 (that includes a $20,000 tip for the staff.)

I may be one of the few, but I like Mark Cuban. He cares about his players and the fans. He’s an impassioned owner and I love that he speaks his mind (well, I like EXCEPT when he’s talking about the Lakers so most of the time.)
