The Lakers lost Monday night in Sacramento. It was sad, but I digress, prior to the game, the team decided to take a quick team bonding trip to a Sacramento-area cryotherapy clinic to experience intense cold therapy. Cold tub therapy is all the rage in sports so of course the Lake show had to go one better.

Luke Walton has a new job. At least until the lockout is over. The Lakers forward will be an assistant coach with the Memphis Tigers. The hiring is pending approval by the school and the Tennessee Board of Regents.

There’s been a talk as of late about how the Lakers organization hasn’t been treating it’s long standing employees well because of the lockout. One thing is for sure, the players absolutely appreciate what the staff does for them.

From video to reality in Less than a year
Free agent guard Shannon Brown and singer Monica made it official for the second time. The couple, who were actually married in November, exchanged vows at Vibiana, a renovated 19th century cathedral in downtown Los Angeles, in front of 300 guests.
