Saints linebacker Jonathan Vilma is not taking his suspension for the Saints bounty scandal lightly. Of course there was an appeal filed but Vilma took it a step further and filed a lawsuit against Roger Goodell, the NFL Commissioner for defamation.

Jill Are Basketball Wives producers planning a lawsuit against Jennifer Williams?

One legal response may have opened another for Basketball Wives star Jennifer Williams. “Producers” of the hit series (Shaunie? Shed media? VH1 execs?) are allegedly livid that Jennifer has filed suit against Nia Crooks. These individuals are allegedly considering filing suit against Jennifer for trashing the show in the media (something that is in violation of her contract)
Tami Roman being sued by weave line

Every other week it seems as if someone is suing one of the ladies from Basketball Wives. This time it’s Tami Roman being hit with legal documents. Tami entered into an endorsement deal with Crème De La Crème Hair, a company that sells hair for weaves. Part of the endorsement agreement had Tami promoting the line on the VH1 show. The company is saying that Tami breached her agreement and has also started her own hair line.

The Deion Sanders vs. Pilar Sanders divorce drama added another layer on Wednesday. If you recall, Deion’s daughter from his previous marriage, Deiondra took to Twitter to blast Pilar a few months ago calling her a “gold-digging h*” amongst other things. At the time I said it was a bad move and that somehow it would reverberate back on Deiondra AND her father.
Pilar has filed a $200 million lawsuit against the two.

Allen Iverson used to be my favorite NBA player. Everything he brought to the game, his quickness, toughness, off-court swagg. I LOVED IT! But It’s almost like he got to 2000 and stopped growing as a person. A.I.’ money problems have well documented. Now, according to TMZ, the courts have handed off access to one of his Wells Fargo accounts to Aydin & Company jewelry company to collect to collect $859,896.46 for the jewels, court costs, interest and attorneys fees on a lawsuit that AI never showed up in court to deal with.
Judge Won’t Dismiss Harassment Lawsuit Against Shaq By Ex-Mistress Vanessa Lopez

You may have forgotten all about those pending lawsuits against Shaquille O’Neal but they are still there. Shaq and his lawyers attempted to have a lawsuit dismissed filed by one of Shaq’s alleged mistresses, Vanessa Lopez. In the suit, Lopez claims Shaq started harassing her after she told him she might be pregnant. Shaq then accused her of cheating on him (yes he was married at the time but I guess…) and then broke up with her. That’s when the harassment began.
Kris Humphries Allegedly Suing Kim Kardashian For $10 Million Dollars

Well, looks like Kris Humphries is taking his broken heart and filing a lawsuit. The Nets player- I get flack if I refer to him as a star- is planning to sue Kim Kardashian for $10 million dollars. The basis of his suit, Kris is claiming he didn’t realize how large his role would be on Kourtney and Kim take New York and he has concerns as to how he’ll be portrayed.
Power Balance Bands Files For Bankruptcy Facing Lawsuit

Remember those Power Balance bands that practically every NBA player was rocking a year or so ago? Once it was discovered that the bands didn’t work as advertised, you started the countdown clock to the demise of the company.
