Terrell Owens is second only to Jerry Rice in career receiving yards. Common sense says he’s a first-ballot Hall of Famer. But the end of Terrell’s career finds him broke, alone and playing football in the Indoor Football League. Certainly not things you’d associate with a Hall of Famer.

Basketball and fashion are two of my passions. I especially love when GQ merges them. They just “get it.” This latest spread features some of the NBA’s hottest dunkers in Blake Griffin, JaVale McGee, Russell Westbrook, Andre Iguodala and Shannon Brown. Great accidental timing as the lockout should be officially over shortly and the players need a guide for what will and won’t be appropriate for their postgame looks.

Wednesday night in New York, GQ magazine held their GQ’s Gentlemen’s Ball Presented By Gentleman Jack, Land Rover, Movado, And Nautica at The Edison Ballroom.
Of course that means some of your favorite jock fashionistos were on hand for the festivities. Suns point guard Steve Nash was on hand with his girlfriend, Brittany Richardson, The Knick Kings of New York, Carmelo Anthony and Amar’e Stoudemire were also spotted.
