People tend to think that every single situation on reality TV is a set up. That there is a script the cast memorizes and all the arguments or “situations” are fake. And while there’s absolutely a bit of fiction sprinkled in, I wouldn’t be so quick to dismiss everything. Today’s example involves Lakers forward Matt Barnes and his off-and-on fiance, Basketball Wives LA star Gloria Govan.

Can’t say that I’m surprised by this. Looks like Lakers forward Matt Barnes and Basketball Wives LA cast member Gloria Govan are back together. The two were spotted Sunday night at Drake’s post Grammy party at Greystone in West Hollywood. Gloris has recently tweeted photos of Matt fixing their twin boys toys and Matt tweeted a photo of Gloria sleeping in the car.

Basketball Wives LA stars Laura Govan and her sister Gloria have been busy getting glammed up for various photo shoots. Laura is featured in the newest issue of J’Adore magazine. In her interview she covers why she’ll never speak to Shaunie O’Neal and discusses her love for Gilbert Arenas.

There was absolutely no point to the second hour of the Basketball Wives LA reunion. An entire hour spent on “Wacky Jackie” and her “Kooky” antics was a waste of camera time. We learned nothing new or insightful, we still don’t have any further details and the real drama (whatever the REAL story is about Laura and Draya’s beef) never made it to air.

Lakers forward Matt Barnes has released a statement to clear the air on his breakup with Basketball Wives LA star, Gloria Govan. Matt says the couple has been broken up since May and that Gloria did in fact cheat on him with “A friend” ( allegedly rapper The Game)
I’m assuming the motivation behind this clarification is because of the rumors Gloria is spinning regarding Matt’s alleged relationship with Eva Longoria. The statement was sent out by his publicist as well as posted on Matt’s Twitter account:

Basketball Wives LA season one is in the books. That means it’s time for the reunion show. Part one of the two part show aired last night, Being totally honest, it was rather a snooze. If you’re interested in the name Jackie blurted out that she accused Gloria of being involved with, it was Gilbert… yeas as in her sister Laura’s fiance. YIKES! But for the most part, The first half of the reunion special was pretty dull. Let’s check out the highlights.
