It’s only pre-season but with 6 days until the NBA season kicks off. What you see is pretty much what you’re going to get. At least for the first few games. In a rematch of last season’s Western Conference finals, the Dallas Mavericks faced off against the Oklahoma city Thunder.
Kevin Durant led all scorers with 21 points. James Harden had 16 points off the bench, while Russell Westbrook and Daequan Cook Each scored 12 points.
On the Mavs end. Dirk Nowitzki and Jason Kidd sat out the night’s event (age I guess) while new Mavericks, Vince Carter, Lamar Odom and Delonte West all made their debut.
Damn it hurt seeing Lamar in a Mavericks uniform. He scored 11 points and had four boards. Of course Khloe was there cheering him on.

Is Shawn Marion serious with this awful blonde mohawk? Sisqo?? Chris Brown?? ICK. The story behind the blonde was a pact Marion made with Deshawn Stevenson, the two vowed to dye their hair “trophy gold” to celebrate their championship.
Lamar looked good in this first look. As did former Celtic, Delonte West. Announcers discussed how Delonte said he drinks hot sauce straight out of the bottle. That’s the type of guy he is… Somehow this makes sense to me. Even Vince Carter looked decent even getting a dunk off at one point. Of course it wasn’t like Air Canada VC but serviceable.
