Who says boxing is dead? Saturday night Canelo Alvarez and James Kirkland faced off against each other in front of over 30,000 fans at Minute Maid Park in Houston, Texas.
The fight came to an end in the third round, via right hand knock out from Canelo that laid Kirkland out on the canvas and had many concerned if the fighter was going to awaken from the slumber Canelo put him into. Kirkland had previously been knocked down twice in the fight, once in the first round and once in the third, before the final KO.
