A Married basketball player getting a sidechick pregnant. Shocking. This time its former NBA All-Star Amaré Stoudemire. A Miami woman named Quynn Lovett is suing STAT for child support, even though he’s been her $4333 a month since November 2016.

Here’s the backstory via DailyMail, Amaré has acknowledged he could be the father. While he was playing with the Miami Heat, he met Quynn and began a relationship with her. Amaré has been married since 2012 to Alexis Welch. The couple have been together since Stoudemire’s early playing days with the Phoenix Suns and have four children. Since the news broke, Alexis has put her Instagram private.

Minus the few times he stepped out, including his romance with singer Ciara in 2011, whose now married to Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson.

Stoudemire is currently paying $4,333 a month in child support to the 36-year-old Lovett for Zoe Renee. Her occupation is “stay at home mom” who earned less than $3,000 in 2016 before the monthly payments. She’s asking for permanent child support and full custody.

During his 14-year NBA career, Amaré earned over $160 million. He’s currently playing in Israel and has applied for citizenship.

A native of Massachusetts, Lovett claims in her complaint Stoudemire has not been involved with the child, has not visited and hasn’t paid any of her maternity bills, which she estimated to be around $11,000.

Stoudemire, 34, claims in court papers he has been giving the little girl’s mother a monthly stipend for the child and paid her legal bills.

Calling her lawsuit ‘frivolous,’ the 6-foot-10 Florida native countered that he was ‘informed of his paternity several months after the child was born’ and has been paying Lovett ‘various amounts,’ including $22,500 in legal bills.
