Floyd Mayweather Jr. has made it clear, if your dream match up for him is to fight Manny Pacquiao, you’re going to be sleeping for a long time.

During a recent interview with Fight Hype, Mayweather explains his reasons for not getting in the ring with Pacquiao. One of the main reasons, Pac owing $68 million in back taxes.

“He’s got 68 million problems and he wants me to solve them.”

Plus, Money May feels as though Pacquiao missed his window to fight Floyd.

“Pacquiao had his opportunity. He had his chance. When he had his opportunity and he had his chance, I guess he was tooting his own horn and he felt like he was on the same level as me. It’s obvious he felt like he was on the same level as me status-wise because he wouldn’t have asked for 50/50. So now, two losses later and he’s got a problem…the IRS. They don’t play.
