Kevin Durant was in New York over the weekend. In addition to getting in a pre-birthday celebration in at Jay Z’s 40/40 club, KD also hit up Nike’s Football Society’s flag football league to play in a game.

OKC’s Kevin Durant stopped by The Verizon field underneath the Manhattan Bridge in New York City Sunday afternoon for a flag football game on team Money-Makers at Nike Football Society.  According to LTD Magazine, the league consists of 8 teams, made up of invite only players from various industries in NYC including XXL Mag, Roc Nation, Complex Magazine and more.

KD in no stranger to the football field, if you recall a few years back KD joined a random college pick up game and had a friendly wager with LeBron and his crew during the lockout.
