Lil Wayne thinks Thunder brass didn’t want him courtside because he’s black

Lil Wayne is throwing racism accusations at the Thunder franchise after being denied a ticket to Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals. While Thunder brass maintain it was simply a matter of availblity, Wayne says it’s more than that to the story.

“That’s not the point, though,” he told The Associated Press in an interview Friday night. “It’s the players stepping up, but of course, the players aren’t white. I don’t want to be sitting there on behalf of you and I’m sitting next to a (person) that’s like ‘I don’t want this (guy) sitting next to me.’ (Forget) you … I’m in Forbes,” he said, laughing.

Oklahoma IS middle America and attendees at the games do seem to be predominately of the caucasian persusian. But, the way hip hop is at this point, Half his fan base is probably there. Problem is, their parents are probably the ones filling that arena.

Tunchi was in LA over the weekend to launch his skater influenced clothing line, Trukfit, at Macy’s Beverly Center. He was accompanied by pro skater, Stevie Williams who was launching his line, DGK.

It’s odd to me however that it’s so shocking to Wayne that they might not have tickets available for him. Entitlement is a bi**h.
