NBA And Players Have Reached Tentative Agreement To End The NBA Lockout

My BOO is BACK!!! The NBA and its trade association of players-soon to be reformed as a union- have reached a tentative agreement to end the NBA lockout. After 149 days and a few legal maneuvers. The NBA will begin a 66 game season on Christmas day!!

NBA commissioner David Stern said in a news conference (starting at 3:40 a.m. EST), “We’re optimistic that the [agreement] will hold and we’ll have ourselves an NBA season.”

Assuming the tentative deal passes a player vote (It WILL) and is signed by both sides, Dec. 9 would be the start date for training camps and free agency . A new schedule will be put together. Not just picking up from where the old one was.

I have some great things planned for this season so continue to ride with me. The NFL has been a great mistress and I’m not abandoning it but, you already know what happens when your main comes back in town. The side piece is an afterthought.
