The Eagles are continuing to stack the deck. In another surprise free agent signing, the team has scooped the Giants by signing WR Steve Smith to a one-year deal. Full details have yet to be released.
Smith is coming off of a knee injury which is said to have been a major concern for the Giants. Smith most likely will start the season on the “physically unable to play” list. It’s mandatory to sit out 6 games (regular season). The Eagles have their bye in week 7.
